When planning this photo shoot I wanted to bring in a bold punch of spring colour by using jewel tones. Traditionally we see jewel tones in the late fall and winter but I thought it would be a great contrast to the muted outdoor colours we have here in Niagara when transitioning from winter to spring. I also wanted to design a tablescape that had depth but was simple and cost effective enough for a bride to recreate on her own.
