Vineyard Bride accepts inspirational submissions of stylish and tailored weddings, engagements, and editorials. Whether you’re a bride, groom or a vendor, if you have images of work in Southern Ontario that align with Vineyard Bride’s aesthetic and love for beautiful celebrations, we invite you to connect with us!

PLEASE READ & FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW CLOSELY 

Dropbox is our preferred method for receiving submission images (we have included a link to upload your photos, right to our Dropbox folder in the application).

For Weddings include 50-100 images that highlight the story of the day, emphasizing detail shots and interesting backdrops. 

For Engagements or Editorials include 40-60 images. 

All images should be 1200 pixels wide, 72 DPI and absent of watermarks.

All submissions must include at least one Swish List member at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to use any submitted images for social media and marketing without any compensation to the photographer.

Vineyard Bride is continuously committed to inclusivity. On an ongoing basis, we will accept submissions from 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities without Swish List member vendors.
