As Amy grew up on a tender fruit and grape farm in Niagara on the Lake, it was very important to her to find a beautiful venue that reflected her family home and life growing up on the farm. Filled with blooming fruit trees and surrounded by Niagara's vineyards, Cherry Avenue Farms was just the place they were searching for.”

A beautiful story of the lovely couple from Beth of Sparkle and Twine:

“Amy and her two daughters had lost her late husband Ben to cancer a year before —it was a very difficult and emotional year. Through all of the darkness and pain, Amy met Matt. He was a light for her and her girls during the most difficult time in their lives and love soon blossomed. Amy and her daughters remain close to her late husband’s family and made sure to include them on her wedding day.

Amy and Matt thought of all the details for their guests. An elegant colour palette of champagne, blush, gold, and biscotti, paired with beautiful floral details and decor, made for a stunning complement to the naturally beautiful backdrops at Cherry Avenue Farms. A sweet refresher station filled with signature lemonades greeted guests upon arrival, and Amy made sure to have flip flops and mosquito spray available to keep all of their guests comfortable and dancing long into the night on a gorgeous outdoor dance floor.

An outdoor lounge was a must to provide the perfect spot for guests to chat and enjoy a quiet moment. She also created her own activity kits for her new sons, daughters, nieces, and nephews to enjoy. Late-night sweets and treats included a donut bar by Beechwood Doughnuts and a create your own Nacho bar. DJ Dave kept the outdoor dance floor hopping all night long. This day was filled with so much love and hope for a beautiful new chapter for Matt and Amy.”
