From Lisa:
”The entire love story editorial of Tregaron and Tristan (from dating, proposal and elopement) was styled so couples can be inspired to envision their own love story and the timeless beauty and elegant simplicity of what an elopement can be. “
LOVESTORY | ENGLAND 1939
”The Drums of War are beating but newly in love Tregaron and Tristan are too caught up in oblivious abandon of one another to hear the full weight of its rumble; the flames of love too ablaze to see the world is about to be set on fire. Their parent's Great War was the war to end all wars. How could there be another? How could a love so new be put to the test so soon?
She was a muse to him. A painting come to life; more real than anything or anyone before. She was equal parts fire and water all at once. The thought that one’s life could change the moment another enters it was sobering to him, and he suddenly couldn’t imagine his life now without her. Everything had a different tone, a flavouring that tasted different to his senses the longer he beheld her. He felt more alive.
She had come in like a storm and Tristan found himself looking for something to hold onto. So he held onto her. How could a woman so slight become such a giant to him? But she had. His head was swimming with the fullness of her.
This intoxication was love. And in love-drunk speed the two elope, stealing their love away from the world and wedding one another secretly between the columns of the old castle chapel.”
