VENDOR SPOTLIGHT // NOBL Events
Today we are really excited to share a spotlight feature with one of our newest Swish List members, NOBL Events!
A short description of what you do: Nóbl Events is a fine-art wedding planning and design boutique firm. We are inspired by the organic, cinematic, historic, aesthetics of nature.
How long have you been working in the wedding industry? 3-4 years.
What makes your business unique? We strive to cultivate a foundation of trust and collaboration in our relationships with our clients and their families / bridal party. Nóbl Events believes that the more we get to know you and your people, the more our people can be of help on your wedding day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Getting to know you looks like attending all your wedding meetings, dress fittings, appointments, etc., and lending a listening ear when you need it! We pride ourselves not only on our bespoke fine-art design sense but our ability to foster open, comfortable, flexible dialogue with clients as well.
We create a space for couples to share wedding day ideas, dreams, concerns, and perspectives in a positive environment. Nóbl believes your wedding day needs to fit you and resonate with who you are as a couple over anything else!
Favourite part of your business? Designing fine art wedding details that resonate with our couples! Putting together and revising design decks (a.k.a extremely personalized mood boards) is my passion.
What inspires you? Fine art! We are moved by all things classical music, grandiose historic venues, elegant letterpress or calligraphy on deckled edge stationery, rich literature, and old-world European aesthetics!
Who is your mentor/hero in the industry? I draw a lot of inspiration from Sinclair & Moore! Steven Moore is an incredible designer and business person.
On your day off...where would we find you? Ideally, someplace with my feet up and a balmy breeze with my baby girl Madelynn, my hubby David, and my two dogs!
If you weren't a wedding vendor, what would be your dream job? I'm not sure about my dream... but the job I would be doing is either television or film producer!
What great wedding trends are you seeing this year? Our design is not defined by new trends, rather timeless, classic design that does not age through the seasons. But- we love all of the fine art loose florals and overgrown bouquets we're seeing.
Do you have any practical advice for couples planning a wedding? Connect with the people that you've booked. Do not underestimate the power of a good vendor-to-client relationship. AND Don't overestimate the power of a "DIY" project. For every vendor that you don't hire, you have to become that vendor.
