THE VINEYARD BRIDE GUIDE // HOW TO BE FEATURED
Wether you are a wedding vendor that is super proud of an event you created or a couple who’s wedding day came together the way you always imagined, this post is for you!
Today we share another feature of The Vineyard Bride Guide, a series that showcases the various components a couple will encounter during their wedding planning process, arming readers with the tools, tips + tricks to ease the stress of maneuvering these details and make the planning journey a joyful one.
Tell a Story
If you’re a vendor looking to submit it’s a great idea to start by speaking with your client and gather as much information about their personal love story as possible. We want to hear how they met, when they got engaged, why they chose their venue and vendors, and how they felt on the day they said I do.
We also want to hear the story of the day! How did it look, feel, sound, and make you feel on the day and even in the days afterward; basically, readers should be able to envision the day so well, they feel like they were there.
Include A Lot of Detail Images
We request 50-100 images along with a wedding submission and there is a good reason for this! The more detailed shots you are able to provide us with, the more we are able to set the event apart from all the other occasions we get to share here on Vineyard Bride. Every photo should add another layer to the wedding day story and considering we can’t get enough, give us all of your favourites!
We also have specific requirements on dimensions and quality of the images when submitting, and ensuring they meet those guidelines is a great way to get your submission accepted faster + more seamlessly.
Share the Vendor Love
We want to be sure that all the amazing vendors who came together to make sure the event was a beautiful success receive the credit and love they so deserve! The more vendors you share, the happier our readers are to research them and potentially connect with them for their own events!
