Spotlight: 124 On Queen

Let me paint a pretty little picture for you: It's your bachelorette weekend and you and your closest girlfriends are spending it in Niagara-on-the-Lake, enjoying a wine tour, great restaurants, maybe even a little theatre. Now I want you to think about staying in the suite of a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, with access to every amenity you'd need for a beyond-perfect weekend. I'm talking about stunning interior finishes, quite possibly the world's most comfortable bed, and a rooftop lounge that just begs for a group of friends to enjoy champagne on it. Even better, proximity to a world-class spa, farm-to-table cuisine, and all the fabulous shops and attractions Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer.

I'm talking about 124 On Queen, offering the newest accommodation in Niagara-on-the-Lake and five diamond service that will blow your expectations out of the water. I had the pleasure of staying there this past weekend and I can't wait to tell you all about it!

One and two bedroom suites are equipped with full kitchens

The Spa

The Spa at 124 takes an organic approach to beauty and wellness, and the atmosphere is both extravagant and comfortable at the same time. The spa's use of natural products and techniques makes it the perfect place to book your pre-wedding appointments. Spend the afternoon primping with a mani and pedi, and enjoy a glass of something sparkling or a light lunch in the gorgeous lounge.

A special package is available to the bride and groom also, including a manicure, pedicure, and 60 minute relaxation massage. Can you think of a better way to enjoy the afternoon before your rehearsal than unwinding together and basking in the excitement over the arrival (finally!) of your big day? I can't.

Pssst...Have you taken our Reader Survey yet? It closes today at midnight so if you want a chance to win $50 for Spa at 124, take a few quick minutes to fill it out!

Treadwell

Speaking of rehearsals, 124 on Queen is linked with Treadwell, an exceptional farm-to-table restaurant providing an ideal setting for your rehearsal dinner. Depending on your guest list, you can host your nearest and dearest in the beautiful Treadwell tasting room (just across from the restaurant), in the restaurant itself, or in the wine cellar downstairs. If your group is on the small side, you can even have one of the talented chefs join you in your suite or villa and watch your meal be prepared in front of you.

The Hotel

With options from deluxe guest rooms to a spectacular five-bedroom villa, 124 on Queen has the luxurious versatility to suit any of your wedding accommodation requirements. Winery brides--this boutique hotel is the bees knees and the absolute perfect place to spend your first night as husband and wife.

My suggestion? Spend the night before the big day in one of the suites and get ready there with your girls on the morning of your wedding. The suites are so luxurious and tastefully decorated, they provide the perfect backdrop for those getting-ready shots and the natural light spilling in from large windows gives lovely atmosphere for pre-ceremony bridal portraits.
