NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE // SARAH + CHRIS

'Sarah's dream of a beautiful, lush English Garden wedding was the perfect way to dress up the already gorgeous Grand Georgian Ballroom at Queen's Landing in a way that hadn't been done previously. We didn't focus on filling the room with too many details, but rather put attention into drawing out the beautiful aspects of the room as they existed. For example, we created focus on the unique pattern of the wood floor accented by the rounded geometric shape of the walnut Sonoma chairs. We wanted to draw the eye to the centre of the room where the head table was positioned. Together with Simply Beautiful and Bloom and Co, we brainstormed a solution that offered depth and interest through the use of layers of fabric and flowers, but it still seamlessly blended with the wall colour. Their love for one another and the excitement they shared about spending the rest of their lives together made this an incredibly beautiful day.
