MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR SWAG BAG | THE FIRST LOOK 2024

Will you be joining us for The First Look wedding show this Sunday, April 7th at Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery? We hope so and we can’t wait to see you! As an attendee, you will receive one of our signature tote swag bags full of lovely planning materials and a place to store the goodies you receive while chatting with our amazing vendors during the show. As a way to prepare, we thought it would be helpful and fun to provide some ideas on how to make the most of your bag!

Everyone who attends will get a bag at the door already stocked with a handful of planning materials from some wonderful vendors across Southern Ontario. Some of these vendors you will meet as exhibitors, so keep your eyes peeled for those familiar businesses and brands.

As you make your way through the show, be sure to collect materials from the exhibitors you feel most connected to and want to be sure to reconnect with after the show. This will make it easier when it comes time to recall who left an impression on you or who inspired you while at the show!

The show is over, now what?

When you get home, lay out your materials and organize them into bundles of similar vendors (ie: photographers, floral designers, planners, etc.) as a way to streamline your research and make your Googling and social media connecting seamless. The day is such a pretty one and you will be tempted to collect everything — you will have a lot to look through!

Use your tote! We know there are so many fun events + happenings around a wedding day and having a pretty little bag to carry everything will be a dream! Some of the brides that attended our very first The First Look still have their totes to this day and in a world that pushes reusable bags, we love knowing you will have one for years to come.
