“Creating an immersive Bridgerton-inspired experience with every little detail thought out, including Matthew and Shannon's love story. A lavish cake, macaron towers, and sugar cookies with intricate table settings set the tone of royalty. A floral ceremony arch adds the perfect touch of elegance and romance. It is all about capturing the regal charm and attention to detail that speaks Bridgerton.

They both despise the rules and expectations of high society. Doing actions for the sole purpose of who is watching without any meaning or emotion. The ruthless scandals, glitz and glam. Each other them always dreamed of a simpler life. They yearned for simplicity and life away from high society.

They decided to elope at Shannon’s family summer home in the small seaside town of Èze, France. They both wanted to honour their families wishes of having a wedding but in a way that felt true to who they were. The most important thing was that they loved each other. The compromise was a small gathering of immediate family. It was meant to be a day of love and no societal expectations.

As was proper, they both travelled with their own families. Shannon wrote a letter to Matthew before she left for France.
