Rentals: Special Event Rentals

This wedding stands out because the couple made sure to add so many personal touches to the day to make it really feel extremely intimate and specific to them. Since they spent so much time working together in Europe over the past three years, they wanted the space to feel like a European vineyard, with nods to France, Italy, Prague, and Spain!

They rented long tables and twinkle lights, they had the florist include Italian Ruscus and olive branches and they set the bouquets in terracotta pots. The signature cocktail was an Aperol Spritz, and in lieu of a cake or traditional dessert, they brought in a gelato cart and a specialty coffee truck. They opted for blue glass water glasses as a nod to the Mediterranean sea as their "something blue". Some other examples of personal touches include: the structure they were married under which was acrylic and was designed and built by the couple! The groom, who works in the film industry as a set designer for science fiction, had his suit jacket lined with an outer space pattern. The couple’s dog, a corgi, was illustrated on their cocktail napkins.

All of the graphics including their stationery and signage were designed and printed by the bride. Cocktail hour featured an oyster bar. Following dessert, the guests were included to make a circle on the dance floor where the bride and groom had their first dance, surrounded by their loved ones. The bride surprised her husband by having two special friends perform their first dance live. It rained on their wedding day but magically halted for two hours during their first look, bridal party/family photos, and the ceremony. It was the perfect day and night under the stars that transported the guests to a coastal European wine country.
