A short description of what you do: Fireside Drive is a mobile food trailer serving restaurant-quality food with a private chef on board. We create custom menus for each of our clients wants and needs. Whether it’s passed apps or late night snacks, we have you covered!
How long have you been working in the wedding industry? I have been in kitchens for 25 years, a head chef for 14 years, and owning my own business for 3 years.
What makes your business unique? We are a fun take on catering where everyone is welcome. Our food trailer is small and unique which allows us to stand out.
Favourite part of your business? Meeting new people and giving them what I hope is one of their best food experiences!
On your day off...where would we find you? At the gym and out for dinner.
If you weren't a wedding vendor, what would be your dream job? I’ve always wanted to be a chef!
