We know that apart from marrying “your person”, the dress is one of the most intimate details of a wedding day. Today we are honouring the work of Made By Anatomy, a creative haven for one-of-a-kind brides who want a wedding experience unlike any other.

This photoshoot was pulled together by Buffalo, NY wedding creatives Made by Anatomy and Meccay Photography. Industry friends Ali and Bridget (respectively) have worked together in many other ways in the past. They were so excited to collaborate on this styled shoot in a brand new studio space in Buffalo, Location One. Ali's new collection of semi-custom wedding dresses are clean, simple and the answer to every brides' prayers! Clients can choose the top and bottom, fabric, and colours. Additional customizations are also available.

Shown in the shoot is the Emerson top in two different fabrics and necklines, with the Jordan skirt and Rowan skirt. The beautiful dried florals are provided by Chamisa Floral, another local Buffalo creative. Our model is Samaria Campbell and the stylist is Enchanted by Ce.

Ali Eagen is the designer and owner of Made by Anatomy which is located in Buffalo, NY. She creates custom, handmade wedding gowns that are truly reflective of each brides' unique personality. Made by Anatomy offers custom design, heirloom reconstruction, and alteration services to brides of Upstate NY and beyond. This semi-custom collection is an affordable option for brides to mix and match bridal basics to create the dress of their dreams.

Bridget Schaefer of Meccay Photography is a wedding and lifestyle photographer and videographer based in Buffalo, NY. Natural, candid moments and timeless details are the main focus throughout Bridget's work. She produces true to colour images to create vibrant memories for her clients.

Location ONE is a stunning space located in the Five Points neighbourhood nestled on Buffalo's west side. A production studio, intimate event space, and guest suite all in one, Location ONE was the perfect canvas to create this bridal photoshoot. With gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows in the studio, the team utilized clean white walls and vibrant natural light to elevate the minimalist tone of the shoot.
